Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the OKEGAS Chrome Extension (“Extension,” “Service”). By installing or using OKEGAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

1. About OKEGAS

OKEGAS is a Chrome extension developed and operated by OKEGAS (“we,” “our,” or “us”). It provides an all-in-one AI App Builder for Google Apps Script, featuring multi-model AI support, project templates, live preview, and publishing tools.

OKEGAS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC or any of its products, including Google Apps Script.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use OKEGAS. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using OKEGAS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Plans and Pricing

OKEGAS is offered under a freemium model with the following plans:

Free Plan

Available to all users at no cost. Includes access to core features with certain limitations on usage and available AI models.

Plus Plan

A paid plan that provides access to additional features beyond the Free plan. Available as a monthly subscription or a one-time payment, as indicated on the OKEGAS website at the time of purchase.

Pro Plan

A paid plan that provides access to the full suite of OKEGAS features. Available as a monthly subscription or a one-time payment, as indicated on the OKEGAS website at the time of purchase.

Pricing for all plans is listed on https://okegas.app and may be updated from time to time. Any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.

4. Billing and Payment

For subscription-based plans (monthly), your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For one-time payment plans, access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We are not responsible for errors or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Cancellation and Plan Downgrade

You may cancel a subscription plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@okegas.app.

Upon cancellation or expiry of a paid plan:

  • Your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan
  • You will retain access to your locally stored data and project histories
  • Features exclusive to Plus or Pro plans will no longer be accessible

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods on monthly subscriptions unless required by applicable law. For one-time payments, please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience issues.

6. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the OKEGAS Extension solely for your personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control.

This license does not include the right to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Extension or any part of its code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Extension
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Extension
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Extension or your access to it to any third party
  • Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Third-Party AI Services

OKEGAS integrates with third-party AI providers including Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Pollinations AI, and Opencode. Your use of these services through OKEGAS is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of each provider.

We are not responsible for the outputs, accuracy, availability, or conduct of any third-party AI service. Any content generated by AI models through these integrations is provided as-is, and you are solely responsible for how you use it.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any API keys or credentials required to use third-party AI services. Do not share your API keys with others.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OKEGAS to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Generate, distribute, or publish content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension or related services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to OKEGAS
  • Use the Extension in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OKEGAS if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to OKEGAS, including its code, design, trademarks, logos, and content, are and remain the exclusive property of OKEGAS. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Extension, including your Google Apps Script projects and AI chat histories stored locally on your device.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OKEGAS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use
  • The Extension will be compatible with all versions of Chrome or all operating systems

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OKEGAS and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of OKEGAS shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OKEGAS and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Extension, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of OKEGAS at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of OKEGAS after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where OKEGAS operates.
